What is the hold up? Soo disappointed

I have been waiting for my study material since it was dispatched on the 30th of January. I tracked the parcel and found that it moved on the 10th of February (on delivery). I never recieved any communication from UTI or Unisa for that matter.. How long will it take before I receive my study material, I cannot write assignments using the PDF material on MyUnisa... I need it delivered before the end of this week. I never had any problems before with you guys. It usually took you 2-3 days to deliver, now u taking almost the whole month! What's the hold up?
