WHAT A CROCK
<p>my parcel was sent express, collected thursday, to be delivered friday (the following day, not week). i have phoned 4 times during this WEEK, the first excuse was they did not have time to deliver, the second excuse was the person was unknown at the address, but they did not try to phone me to confirm if they were at the right address. the third excuse was that they dont have any drivers available. i had to go and collect it myself. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE POOR SERVICE!!!</p>
