We use DSV road to courier important documents locally in the Western Cape and the service we receive is excellent. Parcels sent to other provinces from Cape Town takes a bit longer to be delivered and unfortunately we use a different courier service to get the documents delivered to those clients further away. It would be ideal if DSV could improve on their lead time for longer distance deliveries. Thank you to Choene and Mary for always attending to my queries efficiently.
