We live in a rural area with terrible signal. The driver could not get hold of us to arrange for delivery and the parcel was sent back to the nearest town. I emailed DSV (HP018) to enquire about the parcel and got a very swift and helpful response from Choene Monyamane. The parcel was located and extra care was taken by the team to ensure that they could get hold of us via WhatsApp. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
