Waiting too long
This is the second time we will be disappointed by this courier service, I have since received an sms that their driver has my parcel and is on his way, it is almost eight hours and there is still no communication. I am waiting for a cell phone that my sister was supposed to take with her as she is leaving, but since it's almost 4 I don't think they will deliver. And their call agents take too long to answer so you end up not even speaking to anyone.

12 Aug 2022, 10:16I received a call this morning at 8 from DSV Road apologizing for the delay and that my parcel will be delivered today. The lady that I spoke to said that she will check what time they will deliver and get back to me, sadly enough I am still waiting. And how do they schedule to deliver today without informing me. This is really disappointing.
