Waiting forever for DSV/MTN

Worst experience ever. Twice now I have waited until after 5 for my delivery where they simply don’t arrive stating that they were unable to deliver a parcel when I was waiting for them. They then place you in the back of the que without so much as an apology causing a delay of a week. I am not sure why MTN decided to partner with a courier company that are unable to deliver the products to their clients but it’s been extremely frustrating. I will think twice about ordering another device from either companies going forward
