waiting for study material after 1month

UNIBS***2 - my study material was delivered to the Cape Town branch on the 22 Jan 2016 and i still after a month not received them. I have not received any feedback after sending 2 emails. I was eventually advised by Given that he would get the branch to call me. i still have had no call. i have assignments due next week and still no help. Even the call center agent advised me she cant assist as Given would need to call me, pathetic service. <br> I will surely be advising UNISA of this because its my final year and if my assignments are not in i wont qualify for exams. I NEED MY STUDY MATERIAL ASAP!
