Waiting at deatha door

Good day.

On 30/04 i was suppose to get a package from DSV. Everythong was arranged for 2-4pm. Needles to say i am still waiting for the package.

At 5:30pm i recieved a message saying the driver will be at my address shortly but to avail he still hasnt showed up.

I had to cancel my dialysis treatment for end stage renal disease as i am the only one who can sign for the package.

I think it is very unprofessional and just plain rude.
