Waited whole day for a parcel which should have arrived at 11am
Recieved an Sms that my parcel will arrive at 11 am. I had to drive and wait to the address i was to receive it. I am still waiting it 3pm and nothing. I have called the call centre twice and still nothing. I have wasted a day for something which was sent from Joburg to Joburg. I am really not happy with the service. You can’t rely in such a company which can inconvenience you and no one has an answer.
