Vuyo Qondela from DSV

Absolutely bad!!!

Had to cancel my leave and drive 150km to work for the second day just to be told the driver (Vuyo Qondel) from DSV tried to call me and deliver my MTN package.

No today i still have no delivery and the driver did not call me.

Called DSV call center to assist and they notified me that the driver knocked of for the day.

They will not be able to deliver to my house on Saturday 2/11/2024. Now i should cancel everything and try to get my money back of R1098.00 which will be a pain.

Absolutely trash!!!
