Very Very Poor customer service.

Poor customer service ever!! I was told my parcel will be delivered between 09h00 and 12h00, when I call after 12h00 they are telling me a different story that Drivers arrive afternoon in my location. I asked them to call the driver and find out how far are them because its already past 12h.. then another story that the Driver is just left the Depot and will arrive afternoon.

what a disgusting service!! I have another appointment to attend to now I am waiting for a delivery which I don't know if it will be ever delivered.
