Very Very Horrible Service

My wife (Tshwarelo Bopape) has been waiting for her UNISA study material and when call DSV, the agent told us that the parcel was dispatched on 19-02-2024 at Polokwane Depot. We called the Polokwane depot and at first they said they could not locate the parcel until head office intervened. For the past 5 days we have been on call with them and even now the material has not been delivered to Us. She has an assignment that is due tomorrow and without the material she cannot write. The tracking number is ***4. Now she is going to miss 1 Assignment!!! This is very Bad service!!!!
