Very very bad service

Worst courier service ever, would not recommend them to anyone , first they contact you and arrange a time to drop off your parcel, then the next day the courier arrives 5 hours before the arranged time and tells you, sorry but i knock off at 4 im at your gate to deliver your parcel, then the courier notifies you after hours the same day that your parcel is on its way but never shows up, pathetic service
