Very poor service and no feedback
I had ordered item from Makro online. I received message nearly two weeks ago that my parcel is collected and is on its way. I did not received my parcel since today. I called DSV couriers and also sent them an e mail to query my whereabouts of the parcel. No feedback either. I cannot believe that a parcel take two weeks to arrive at customers. Other couriers have maximum 3 day delivery time, but DSV have no delivery time. Very poor service at all, and I will not recommend this courier service.
