VERY inefficient phone system

IF the phone system does kick-in, it then EATS your minutes while you click through the numbers, then disconnects you again and again. OR the system tells you that you've input an incorrect number when you have not and then disconnects you. I eventually called the freight number to connect me to the road number to ask them to call me back so they could pay for the call. FIX your system.
