very dissatisfied customer!!!

I wouldn't even give them a one star. They have constant glitches with their system and their staff are not adequately trained. It is tedious having to explain the same thing every time! Having said that, most of their staff are lovely. They also charge you for transactions and then they don't collect/deliver which becomes a whole other issue trying to get them to refund you!
