Very disappointed in DSV COURIERS

Usually DSV had okay service, but since December the courier company was a complete let down. My business is being hurt by very, very, very bad delivery times- one customer has been waiting 3 weeks for delivery through DSV which used to take a few days only. Very disappointed, it’s unacceptable and now it hurts the good reputation of my business by bad DSV delivery- (they even sent it to the wrong branch and had to resend it to the correct branch!) Worst part- no phones are being answered when the offices are called and the customer are still waiting since the 11th of December for her parcel!!!!!
