very bad service

my name is Nokwanda i am so unhappy with the drivers service for this company i received a phone call a week before telling me i will receive my delivery the following week on Wednesday between 13h00 and 15h00 the delivery was not received only to find out that the driver called me around 17:30 that time i was already out of work and he said he take back the delivery because i didn't have the required document to receive the delivery which is a lie because i told him that am already knocked off and i don't that required document because i was out of work.
