very bad service DSV

worst service ive ever had. there driverwas at my house with my delivery and everything was in order until his biometric scaner could not read my prints so he left and said another driver will return with my order within 2 to 3 days. no one returendand when i contacted dsc custommer service they told me that the driver canceled my delivery and then returned my p****l to mtn. after about a week they said they woul correct there mistake but nothing came from it custommer care hardly contact you and when they do nothing comes from it. ive been waiting 4 weeks for them to resolve there own mestake.
