Very Bad Service Delivery

I called to find out about my parcel, and when it will be delivered, spoke to a guy who confidently confirmed it would be on the next day a representative will contact me to confirm availability for the next day, the lady eventually called not asking but telling me when delivery will take place i then stopped her to ask what about the next day like her colleague confirmed because I had plans for the friday, she said she will call back which she never did or intended to do, i called the next day for the feedback and she tells me again "SHE DECIDED FOR DRIVER TO DELIVER ON FRIDAY and my parcel wil be here between 2-4pm" no calls or sms's afterwards, now I must wait again because this representative who whispered her name decided not to have my parcel despatched for delivery.

To be honest this has been the worst first time courier delivery experience I have ever had to encounter. People like this representative are the reason for so many bad reviews about companies.
