Very bad service and attitude

I booked an express collection from port Alfred fro Friday 18/12/2015. The package was not collected as they did not have time to collect it as per the call centre. The package was only collected on Monday afternoon. I was promised sunrise delivery on Tuesday. This needless to say has not happened . Calling the call centre is also useless. I have made multiple calls with no luck. I was transferred countless times to several different people. Everybody just passes the bucks. You are placed on hold and nobody answers the phone again. I held on for 45Min once before giving up. Nobody seems to want to or is able to give any assistance. Do not use Uti if you have an urgent package. Very disappointed in total lack of service. Will not use Uti ever Again and will dissuade anyone from doing so.
