Very bad service

DSV is such a very bad company .I order a contract phone online with MTN and was approved within 2 days than 2 days after it was with DSV and they confirmed everything and the wait started there .Last week Friday they sent me a message in the morning confirming they are coming to deliver i waited waited and waited till yesterday,i decide to call using my airtime to find out what was the delay,they sent me from 1 department to another than at the end was able to find the consultant after waiting for +- 30 min to speak to a consultant than the consultant said there was something wrong with the drivers device and they did not even let me knw i had to call them to find out ,so the conultant than said they gonna deliver it today between 12-4pm than in the moring i recieved an sms confirming the delivery but till today .if i knew i was gonna go straight to mtn as i need the phone asap...DSV is very bad with service .i dont even knw if im still gonna get my phone or what ai shm
