UTTERLY USELESS DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Even the 1 star rating is a lot!!

By far the MOST USELESS delivery service I have ever experienced!!! The call centre agent told me on Tuesday that I would get a call 30min before delivery of my card this Thursday the 20th Feb. The delivery person rocks up at my work reception, because I was in a meeting I return their call exactly 3min later I am told he has left because HE WAS IN A HURRY! HE has other things to do and other offices are closing????? How the hell is that MY problem when he did not follow his own procedure, its not like I am just sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for him to arrive. I am at WORK! could he not at least wait for 5min AT THE LEAST

2ndly, I call your Mounties dept to complain and I have been on hold for over 30min already!!! WOW!!! a huge WOW!
