UTI slower than the national post office

Waiting for a parcel from unisa sent through uti. the parcel was dispatched the 17th of June 2015, received at the Rustenburg branch the 19th of June. By that rational it takes 4 working days to get a parcel 50km away to Marikana (the registered delivery address where I've received parcels for over a year)as I have not received it yet. To give you a good comparison on this, I ordered a package from a well known online retailer 3 days later. This package was transported from cape town, trucked all the way here and will be delivered to my desk later today by a UTI competitor. If I was your competitor I would be laughing, but unfortunately I'm the client. Get your act together.
