UTI PLAYing A ROLE FOR UNISA STUDENT TO FAIL

I have been checking my shipment for the past two days as per Unisa's website but i can see it showed that it last moved on Friday.I don't really believe that one have to wait for that long for the study material to be delivered.It has not been moving since the past two days it is stucked at Sun Couriers Domestic - Johannesburg.I wonder when is it going to start moving.Hope that this is not the kind of contract the you have signed with Unisa, to delay our study material.Hope since i have posted this complain you will action my shipment since i cant wait any more i need to study in time to complete my qualification so that i can then work like you guys and provide for my family.Post office was better than you guys before the strike since it took me 3 days to get my study pack after my registration but with you guys it is taking the second week now, i wonder if this is the SLA that you have signed with unisa. I will be sending the same with to the University management and the department of higher education since you guys are delaying me. See my shipment number UNIAS***3
