UTi distibution a disappointment.

I am so upset with UTi courier services, my mom bought a christmas present for my 7 year old daughter and UTi ensured her that the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours. She paid R300 for overnight and they failed to deliver the parcel on the 24th although the parcel tracking said that the parcel was received at the cape town branch on the 24th at 13:15. I work with UTi on a daily basis at my work. For me it is not about the present but the promised made from a courier serviced and a 7 year old that is disappointed by her grandmother. I am truely disappointed in the serviced we received from UTi.
