UTi Delivers at wrong address twice

I am a UNISA student was expecting part of my study material on the 11th but it was not delivered, the driver called me around 12pm midday asking for directions, however when I got home no parcel was delivered. I was wondering what had happened tried their call centre however it was closed because it was during the weekend. Fortunately the parcel was delivered at house not far from where I live and one of the residents there knew me and he brought the parcel to me on Sunday morning. They delivered at house no. 3948 instead of 3984.<br> <br> On Monday morning another parcel was scheduled for delivery(Got an SMS), I decided to call the call centre to make sure they had my correct adress details of which were correct. Got home on Monday afternoon and no parcel was delivered could not get through to their call centre so i waited till tuesday morning(Yesterday) and I called them. To my suprise I was told that the parcel had been delivered, I told them that it was not and that they should call their driver to confirm where the parcel was delivered because i never received it, I was told that a query will be logged and they will back to me.
