UTI Couriers are terrible

<p>They get people of other companies to phone me about our parcels. After they were directed twice to our premises, they still didn't get. UTI didn't even try to phone us themselves for directions. At 4 o'clock the afternoon I phoned UTI. I was told that they already left our town and that I have to wait for the next day to receive our urgenty parcel. Their floor manager told me that one unsatisfied customer is not a problem to them because they have more than enough word as it is. The small clients doesn't matter to UTI what so ever. They don't care if you loose business due to their lack of service. </p>
