UTI cannot track or indicate delivery time or date

UTI have been messing me around since Friday last week and i still have no idea when my Takealot delivery will be here. I was promised this the entire day on Friday and now they do not even know if it will be here today. <br> <br> Their customer service is an absolute joke, and Takealot haven't bothered to call me back regarding this after at least 5 calls.
