USING DSV COURIERS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

If you want to waste your time and money use DSV Couriers. I placed an order through a company called Inspire. Received an SMS Friday 6 September 2019 at 07h34 from DSV confirming my delivery was scheduled for Friday. No delivery took place. Received another SMS Saturday at 08h21 from DSV confirming my delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Shortly after 11h00 I had missed calls from a number with no voicemail message. Phoned the number which turned out to be the courier company. The driver did not know the suburb he was to deliver to and we had to direct him. Guess what no delivery on Saturday either. He now claims he was at the premises but nobody was home. DISGUSTING DSV! You wasted two days of my time as I waited at home for the delivery based on your SMS confirmation When I contacted DSV today I was told by Nthabiseng that they will attempt to deliver TOMORROW 10/9/2019. Not only do they have employees that lie but you pay a delivery fee for an item to be delivered when it suits them. My advice to INSPIRE is use another delivery company this company is costing you business as I will never order from you again due to the delivery company that you use.
