Useless Call centre Agents and useless drivers, I wonder how the get such contracts because their employees are just ***********! If the office can't get hold of the driver they cancel your delivery which they made u wait for it only after u have called them to enquire about it! Thokozani should be fired with immediate effect she is just totally *********** and useless so is the manager that hired her!
