USELESS USELESS USELESS COURIER COMPANY

I am sitting here in disbelief so early in the morning of how *********** DSV is. I do not even have energy to break it down in instances but if you are looking at opening an account with DSV, please save yourself the stress and stay away from them. They are so useless, the new system is just as useless. I mean i booked a collection which they are aknowledged the receipt at 08:33 yesterday morning but the parcel was not collected with no communication or apology. This is one of numerous confirmations that DSV is aactually really useless and i will be cancelling our account with them as soon as i can. This is just ridiculous! DSV, i do not need another apology from you guys because it does not solve my problems and you repeat the very same thing the very next day, no improvement. Mpumi at Epson on ***
