Useless, unhelpful company
1 star is too much for these useless *********** company. My very important documents were scheduled for delivery almost 10 days ago. I waited patiently (wasting my time) as no one even had the decency to let us know that they have damaged/lost our parcel. After numerous attempts of dealing with useless staff members I am still waiting for someone to understand the urgency of this matter. Absolutely shocking, their disregard towards this matter & the importance of the documents.
