Useless Service

I placed an order with MTN South Africa on 27 May 2025, and according to their website, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days. MTN called me and confirmed that i will receive the delivery on Friday 30 May 2025. I called DSV on Tuesday to findout about my delivery as i was not receiving communication. DSV confirmed that the Driver will deliver the parcel on the same day. The delivery did not happen. On Wednesday 4 June i phoned DSV again and the advised that they will delivery a week later which i disputed. DSV is not communicating anything now and there is a whatsapp services which keeps asking me the same adress but still no confirmation. This is disgusting as i have paid but cannot even use the service because DSV is just being useless. Please deliver the parcel ASAP or i need to cancel with MTN
