Useless. No delivery.
I am awaiting a cellphone that was supposed to be delivered to Somerset West last week. For some reason this was sent to Port Elizabeth. Last week (7 August) I was told it was being re routed to Cape Town. Well this morning I was told it is still in Port Elizabeth!! Unaceptable! I have phoned your Cape Town branch 3 times (Joseph, Thadohazi and someone else) and trying to get hold of someone who can sort this out. I just keep getting transferred round and round and get no real answers. Sort it out and get my cellphone delivered!!!
