What an inequipped useless company! Dreadful communication no accountability! Like a circus without a tent!!! Lacking in management and training! Horrible!

04 Sept 2025, 16:32Manager (lovely lady) called to sort out efficiently. If everyone had done their jobs today by escalating to mtn about biometric finger printing not working I would not have needed to write on this platform. Thanks to her I have been promised delivery tom.

05 Sept 2025, 10:45Nothing resolved even though I received promises! It seems damage control the name of the game! Only as a last resort customers contact Hello Peter! It shouldn't get to this point to receive a call if people just deliver on their promises! Very poor service even from management, again!
