Useless DSV Road delivery

The driver from DSV Road came to deliver my cellphone on Monday 6 June, but his app to send me an OTP wouldn't work, so he left without taking any paperwork, asking for biometrics or anything else, promising that someone would come back on Wednesday to deliver my phone. It's now the 21st of June, and DSV Road say they've escalated the issue back to MTN because my fingerprints won't scan and that I must contact MTN. MTN tell me to contact DSV Road. When I contact DSV Road, they still insist it's on hold because of my biometrics (which isn't true!!!) and that I must contact MTN. It's not an issue with biometrics, it's an issue with DSVs app that wouldn't send an OTP!!! Both companies complain that I won't answer my phone, which is true because they both phone from Private number/number withheld/unknown numbers, which are what all ******** and unsolicited traders use.
