Useless DSV - No communication, shift blaming
On Monday I got message that DSV will deliver my MTN phone on Thursday, on Thursday nothing happened. When I phone DSV they said they cannot deliver due to a one time pin problem with MTN. They blame MTN and never informed me that they will not deliver. Wasted the whole day waiting for them and still sitting without a phone.

13 May 2022, 09:10DSV phoned early this morning (The next day after lodging the complaint). Very quick reply on my complaint. I got a promise for delivery on Monday. If it happens, For now I will up my rating to 3 stars

16 May 2022, 15:58A follow up. After coming back to me and pretending to be professional, I am still waiting for my phone. It was once again promised to be delivered between 10am and 4PM today (Monday). This is 16h56 and still no phone, no feedback, customer service is useless and have no idea on how to help except for putting you on hold. DSV, just give up. There is no way that you can do your work. Useless bunch!!!!!! Because of them I'll cancel my MTN upgrade and move to another service provider that do NOT USE DSV for deliveries.
