Useless Dsv mtn couriers service.

What a bad service i got from Dsv and ****** Mtn today. Why Dsv give their drivers a biometric machine that is unable to read fingerprints. Today that person returned with my phone that i waited for since last week. What kind of bull**** is this. And if that machine is not working why are not coming up with other useful methods so that we can get our stuff and be happy. ******* Mtn choosing ******* courier company to deliver things to clients.
