Useless DSV courier of bank cards

The banks keep using this ineffective rude business to deliver sensative bank cards. On 17 March 2026 I Ordered my bank card which expires in April. I received one sms telling me they are unable to reach me, no missed call, no second attempt nothing. I tried multiple times calling them back, no answer. Went to a bank branch they are unable to help eventualy got hold of card devision, they said the card is paused because DSV is unable to get hold of me..Bank had to unpause the card for DSV to continue. Why does DSV have all the power to halt the delivery without even informing the customer? I have delt with DSV in the past, what a rude bunch. They do not warn you of the delifery like they say they would. They appear at the delivery address without notice and if you do not respond within a second they leave and your package ends up in cyberspace. BANKS MUST GET RID OF THEM, I AM THE BANK CUSTOMER NIT A DSV CUSTOMER
