Useless Courier company

Typical Courier company. Can not arrange deliveries in such a manner that customers can at least expect an idea of when their product will arrive. When you phone in there is no record of any communications and of what arrangements have been made. They even wanted me to wait 7 days for my delivery even though they are 5 minutes down the road. Obviously because The Post Office no longer functions they can now take on the mantle of a bad service provider.
