Useless company, the banks should stop using this company

If the was a zero star rating I would do so. I need my card was promised it will be delivered just after x-mas went to the branch the is no card. I have no card for my vacation can my card be sent to my branch will pick it up on my return must be sent to weatherproof fnb once coz you guys are a failure to the industry. You can't take more them 5 days to delivery a card to a branch in south Africa. I called in a number of times I don't get why this delivery never took place
