Useless Company
I ordered online a tablet on the 1st of September. The contract was confirmed telephonically and off co**** I have been paying for 2 months already. Still no tablet has been delivered.
I managed to find out that the courier company is DSV - I have called them 6 times - the say may package is waiting as I do not answer the phone. However they have the wrong number I have provided the correct number to them 5 times, because they say I cannot call them they have to call me - but still no one calls. I have spoken to Chanlee and Rodia there. They truly are pathetic as they still have the wrong number and no one even cares that I have not received my tablet.
MTN does not respond and the call centre sents me to some one else everytime!!!!!! I want to cancel this contract and have al monies returned if the tablet is not received this week.
