Useless.
Been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for my phone. Explained to them every time that my husband is the contract owner, gave them his number... and still they try to contact me where I don't have any signal. We changed the number with the service provider as well as with DSV but they still try to contact the wrong number for delivery!!
