USELESS

<p>DSV Distribution is absolutely useless. i ordered a package on the 2dec, on the 15th dec we were smsed that the package is with DSV and would be delivered in 1-3days. it is the 23rd and i still do not have my package.</p> <p>i called atleast 8 times and each time i get put on hold for over an hour each time. this is a christmas present which now means a family member will not be getting a present on christmas day. after sitting on hold listening to the most awful song over and over again they tell me they dont know where my package is and i must wait till next week thursday the 29th before my package is even sent out.</p> <p>i highly advise anyone to not use DSV. rather use THE COURIER GUY. </p>
