DSV I am so disappointed on you are staff as well the Management Durban Branch in particular , Yesterday I was waiting for the Driver to deliver my parcel as per agreement therefore I informed Johannesburg Branch that as from 7Am the power will out till 9am again from 3Pm to 5pm the called me around 10 Am asking my whereabouts I told me I am at home the he said I better come to town to collect my parcel Yet I was told by MTN that DSV will deliver to your door step ,I told the driver I can't come to town cause my car it's not around yet the electricity will be gone before I reach to you then you will complain about biometric device due to network the Guy said come to town I tried to call their offices in Durban like before no one took my call ,so I hired a metre taxi to town when I got there the power was out allready then the driver made the fool out of me he said must just In his car is going to deliver to Another school called little flower high school I did so he tried to send an 0TP. Three time so looked at me asked do you see the power is 0ff allready your device it's not work due to loadshedding of which I told him before I left yet I did informed the drivers office about the loadshedding pick time then the driver said to me aftre he noticed that it's loadshedding hours I must wait in town his going to deliver at Mzimkhulu town and surrounding areas it was 1:20 Pm I am customer mind you he drove off to another town a 52 year old person like me I waited for that driver for almost 4 and half hour around about 4:30 pm I called the driver his name Mazwi asking him if he still rembered he left me in town am still waiting the answer was what must I do why I need special attention and it was raining by then sitting in town like a fool I decided to call Thando from the Johannesburg branch branch Thando tried her best to get me a manager I spoke with DSV manager and gentlemen **** to me he said he Elli called me afre 3 mins he just vanish now I see reason why DSV it's like what it is thileir management has no back bone or they don't care about black people I guess the staff full of lies more special Durban branch so DSV are you going refund my taxi Monet and when am I going to get my parcel for the forth time
