UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
I'm so irritated by how DSV along with Mtn works. I am expecting a delivery from Dsv and when the guy comes , I gave him my copy of ID and proof of res, all of a sudden, the parcel is removed from the system and he can't provide me with my parcel.
He refused to perform a manual delivery.
