Unsatisfactory, mediocre service!

Such poor service. Firstly, I was told my package will be delivered on a Wednesday, the driver claims he came but could not get ahold of me when I asked on which number the numbers he gave me were not even mine. I was called by one of their consultants to schedule another delivery date which I waited for an entire day until I called them again only to find out the consultant booked for the following day and not the one we agreed on.

They never call to follow up, they don't call or email to update what is happening with your delivery. I have been waiting for mine, three whole weeks now. This is unacceptable. DSV, you need to do better!
