Unsafe, rude and don't do what they promise

This is the 2nd time I've received bad servi e from this company when delivering important documents to me: i.e. my bank cards. This time they didn't send me an sms to notify me that they were coming and when I wasn't at home when they arrrived they said they would just leave the cards with the guard (you can only receive bank cards if you show your ID book and are the person on the name of the card). They also put down the phone on me and were very rude. Terrible and insecure!
