Unreliable,useless unsatisfactory service

I was expecting my MTN parcel on Friday but the driver came when I had left after the arranged time of between 10 and 12 am.he only came at 15:48pm,that's almost 4hrs late.when I called Dsv ,the guy I spoke said he will calle back but dololo. Mtn,dsv is hurting your reputation,this company has no respect for time,your clients and take people for granted.im.still waiting for that call from Dsv and I'm not gonna waste my money calling them and putting me on hold for 20mins or more. Useless company and even worse management.
